Digital Products:

1. Delivery of Digital Products:

  • Upon successful payment, digital products such as software licenses, downloadable content, and access to online services will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the purchase process.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to access and download your digital products.

2. Refunds for Digital Products:

  • Refunds for digital products will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Timelines and milestones for services will be discussed and agreed upon before the commencement of the project.

2. Cancellation or Postponement of Services:

  • If you wish to cancel or postpone the agreed-upon services, please notify us in writing at least 14 days before the scheduled start date.

  • Depending on the nature and progress of the project, cancellation or postponement may incur fees or result in a prorated refund.

3. Quality of Service:
